About Us

What to Expect

At MinnDak Law we strive to help our clients take back control of their credit which affects their lives every day. Many of our clients have struggled for years to correct inaccurate information with creditors, collection agencies, and the credit reporting agencies.

Many of our clients have also paid for years of ‘credit repair’ services without making progress to correct erroneous information. As attorneys, we can assess your individual situation and help you to move forward in a positive direction.

We help our clients correct errors on their credit reports. We are experts in identifying and finding solutions for the inaccuracies in your credit report. Regardless of whether those inaccuracies are due to identity theft or the negligence of credit bureaus, our dedication and advocacy brings out clients one step closer to financial independence.

Our team at MinnDak Law understand the unique problems associated with certain situations. We have helped countless domestic violence survivors, disabled people, veterans, and many more. We fight for the rights of our clients and hold the credit bureaus and other financial institutions accountable for violating the law.
